| - I brought my cat in for breathing issues, she had fluid in her chest.. I felt so lost and confused and hopeless. They either wanted me to take her to another location and spend hundreds more to do additional testing, or euthanize her there. I was shocked, I went in for an appointment and suddenly I'm planning my cats death. It wasn't until I called someone to come to the vet, to be with me for support, and with more of a level head, they began asking questions.. they then offered up a antibiotic shot so I could take her home for the night. They made me feel like my only option was to kill her. Long story short, I took her home, had my regular vet look at her x ray, and a week later I'm so thankful I didn't just have her put down because her fluid has subsided, my vet gave her antibiotics, and she's back to her normal self. Go there if you must, but don't be afraid to get a second opinion.
