  • I went here to get a quick oil change on my Highlander. I told the auto tech not to vacuum or clean the SUV. No problems and oil change completed within 15 mins. I pay, then open my car door and all I see is grease on my door and sill. I ask him for a towel and cleaned the mess myself. Drove to a parking stall in front to check on oil level and I see more grease on the front of my car and oil spilled on the top of my engine. Luckily they actually put oil back in my car. On the way home I notice they did not reset my maintenance light. Had to drive back to get my light reset. I will not be going back again! All I can say is they have a major training issue going on!!
