We walked in hoping to get some information on upgrading our plan to double the gigs for only 5 dollars more like a text we received from
T-Mobile had just said. The plan was available but in order to access the account a pin was needed. When we first got with T-Mobile nothing like that was asked of us. So of course we didn't know what it could be. I told him to try my birthday but I just gave him 4 digits and the employee immediately said no that's not it. Didn't type in the number just flat out said no. Tried to ask him if the plan can be changed through our phone and immediately said there's no option to change the pin through the site. He wasn't listening to what we were trying to do. Had to go to another T-Mobile where they were helpful and did what we asked without needing a damn PIN.
