  • Horrible customer service! $15 cab ride from the strip, got there to be told that a "group" was booked and was told to come back in 4 hours. Since there not near the strip there is absolutely nothing else to do in the area, that means another $15 cab ride back to the strip. Wasted $30 in cab fair and about hour of my time. Even though it was just me (1 person) they would not even try to fit me in. Rejected my business all together and expected me to spend an additional $30 in cab fair to come back in 4 hours. This is Vegas, I'm on vacation with limited time, I am not going to waste more time and money coming back and forth. The young girls they hire at the front desk have no customer service skills. They might as well put a "closed" sign on the front door when there is a group booking, because they won't let you ride. I don't recommend even going, its expensive and they obviously do not value your business. If you do want to go make sure you call ahead, it will be seriously disappointing if you get there and they just turn you away.
