  • I've dined in few times in the past and really enjoyed the food, so I was excited to see that they now offer delivery through Yelp's Eat24. Delivery time was 45-60 minutes; however, shortly after submitting my order I received a notification that they were ahead of schedule - Yay, bonus! Well... that turned out to be too good to be true. 1 hour after I submitted my order, I decided I better contact the restaurant. I called 3 times - no answer. Finally I used the Eat24 message feature to check on the status. Ryan was very helpful! He was able to contact the restaurant and get an update. He removed the tip (because the restaurant certainly didn't deserve one,) and he credited my order. My food was delivered shortly thereafter. Pan Asian service - 0 stars Eat24 service - 5 stars The food... I ordered the Filet Mignon Pho and the Black Bean Tofu Stir Fry, both of which were soooooo spicy you couldn't taste anything. My mouth is still burning. The stir fry was very generous in terms of portion, but the pho's noodle to soup ratio was way off - more soup please! Food - 2 stars Kinda bummed, I used to really like this place. This experience was two thumbs DOWN!!
