rev:text	HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I normally look at reviews on a business before even considering them for service. And this is the one time i should've checked. A few of the other repair shops were completely booked and i needed this luggage to be repaired sooner. I get here at Abe's shoe repair and was greeted by a short man with dark hair wearing a greasy red apron. I explained to him that "i have a duffle bag that needs the zipper repaired can you fix it?" He took my bag examined it asked me what did i mean it doesn't zip? i showed him how the zipper comes off and when i attach the zipper the teeth don't connect to close the bag. I told him that the bag had sentimental value to me as it was given to me by my husband when we first stated dating years ago (we didn't have much money then and he promised I'd get a new one one day). The moment i mentioned to him that my bag was not real he looked at me and pushed my bag across the counter back at me and said i might as well get a new one!!! And that he charges $150.00 to repair bags and that this would be a waste of time. I said did you not hear what i said, I'm not getting a new bag this bag was given to me by my husband who died fighting in war a few years ago. i just want the zipper fixed... well it'll take me five hours to fix it and i dont really think that it's worth it. WOW!!! First off how hurtful my husband is no longer here because he fought for people like you! Second, who talks to paying customers like this? I don't care if it cost $230.00 to fix I was willing to pay you to repair the bag. I didn't come here looking for free services!!! I was so disgusted i grabbed my bag and my tears and left. People please DO NOT go to Abe's Shoe Repair they shouldn't even be allowed to operate a business with customer service that is this horrible. Thanks for reading & God Bless.
