rev:text	We have been happily coming here for the past 8 yrs when Paul and Kim owned it before moving to Casa Grande several months ago. NOT ANYMORE! They were not only dog breeders but dog lovers and it showed. The new owner is neither and it shows. He proudly tells you he is running it as a business only. He immediately raised prices for all sizes of dogs, cancelled Sunday dropoffs and pickups but retained the cash only terms. He is not there physically like Paul, but only comes to feed the dogs in the mornings and afternoons according to him. He said there is a 24/7 surveillance system, however I question who is monitoring it since I can't believe it's him. He isn't exactly rude but isn't friendly either. IMO he gives off the impression he is doing you a favor boarding your dog. We gave them a try in spite of the owner and his demeanor. After a week we picked up our dog and found the owners car there but the gate closed. This was odd because we had just called to make sure he was there. So we had the manually open the gate. When I went thru the doorway the owner never said hello or how was your trip etc like Paul and Kim would, but said it's $160 cash. Okay! So I got 8 twenty dollar bills out of my wallet and stood a couple of feet in front of him and individually counted them out and handed them to him. He then immediately recounted them out in front of me like I did a slight of hand or something! That was it in my book and my wife and I were out of there. If that is the way he wants to run his business then we want no part of it!!!
