  • I would give them zeros stars if I could but it's unfortunate I can't. As a customer for years I was rewarded by being sent to collections due to Direct tvs mistake. Did they bother correcting it, absolutely not instead they were rude and my credit was hit for their mistake. Never again will we go back. Avoid them!
