I had a great experience at this RC Willey. My salesperson was Karl Hammargren who did a great job and kept ALL of the promises he made to me including informing me of when things arrived, helping me with delivery dates/times, and making sure I was happy. He only promised things which he could deliver, and both he and RC Willey did just that: deliver (both literally and figuratively).
Right after the 1st of the year I'll be returning to see Karl to do my living and dining rooms, and have recommended him and RC Willey to my friends.
As to the other reviews about "being followed" - I work retail and understand RC Willey's approach. If they didn't have aggressive salespeople then what always happens in a retail environment is that customers would complain that nobody was available to help them. It seems like there's no middle ground in retail: you're either too aggressive or you're not helpful. During my visit nobody "harassed" or bothered me, and I felt that they gave me just the right level of attention: not too pushy but not too hands-off.
They handled me well and they definitely earned my future business!
