  • Disgusting! Dirty. Lame service. After waiting 20 minutes, seeing plenty of empty tables and still not seated, we watched one of the workers throw down two big bags of ice (to bust the cubes loose) onto the floor. Then the bags were opened, lifted, laid on the bin, and raised up until empty, shaking all the ice into the open bin. here's the problem - - The bag protects the ice, but as soon as it is thrown on the floor, the outside of the bag gets contaminated. The floor they were thrown on was already soaking wet, in a very dark area behind the bar. After I witnessed this huge mistake, it made me think we should just leave. So we did but I told them why. The person in charge pretty much brushed me off, and the bag-dropping guy mentioned how it's "just the bag"... that got dirty... I didn't feel any change would really take place after pointing out what we just saw, and how the guy so casually brushed off my concern. Wow! We've been here five times before, and I'm wondering what kind of sanitation problems they have in the kitchen, where nobody can see, if they so openly soil the ice in my drink. Disgraceful. I trusted them, but now I don't.
