Worst service in history!!!! makes me want to cry. this company needs to be shut the f**** down! Not like I had much option always have hated them but living in an area with only ONE OPTION, I gave them a chance. First altercation, about a month ago, mix ups on when my installation would be completed for internet in a new house(as I work online). ..long story short,Management-RUDE/INCONSIDERATE. Reps-Useless. 5 days go by-FINALLY Internet that took them literally three minutes to fix(nothing I had done!) Look on my bill to pay it-60$ installation!? (WTF!!! WHY?!) (Goes over my head I relax,regroup).
Few weeks later.......
Go to cox store, pick up equipment, ready for cable now ! I call around 7:30. (Said to be done at 7pm). Another short story- They have no idead why my connection is bad. I explain yes I have been through this but I refuse to pay another $60 for something I have no control over. MAN!!!
In conclusion, I will find an alternative this shit is for the birds.
Moral- Get wayyyy more for your money elsewhere. Dont even waste your time.
