  • In order to use the facilities, they make you sign a waiver saying that you agree to waive all liability, even if they are "grossly negligent." That means that if they give you defective equipment and make no effort to check it, and you fall and break your neck or become a paraplegic, they owe you nothing. You do business with such an irresponsible company at your peril.
