| - First off, this is probably only the second review on Yelp that I've ever taken the time to write because of how awful an experience I had at this place. We went in last week as a bridal party before my friend's wedding this weekend. They had closed the store for us to have a little private party with champagne etc which was nice. What wasn't so nice was the fact that we had about ten people and they had three techs to do mani/pedi for everyone. It took forever and some girls were there for almost SIX hours waiting. Time management is definitely not a strong point of the owner, who is probably one of the worst small business owner's ever.
Second, do not listen to a word the owner tells you because she is a HUGE LIAR. She will act like she knows everything and that everything is done perfectly when it definitely is not. My friends and I wanted to get a spray tan prior to the big day and they offered airbrush tanning and I decided to try it out after they made it seem like it was amazing (more natural looking, more precise, less mistakes, longer lasting etc). Could not be farther from the truth. I got my tan and thought there were quite a few mistakes, like a streak on my arm that she missed etc. After we were done I asked for a towel for my hands because whenever I spray tan I always wipe my hands to prevent the dirty orange look. The owner stood there and told me oh no you do not need that, just wash them off in a few minutes, don't worry everything is perfect it will look so good tomorrow after you shower. I asked her several more times because I felt that my tan wasn't even and my hands were too dark. She still wouldn't help me and told me that she 'does this every day and don't worry it's not like the booth and it will look so perfect tomorrow. Could not be farther from the truth.
I woke up and my hands were bright orange and hideous. my feet were also a solid orange. I literally wanted to call out of work it was that horrific. I tried EVERYTHING to get it off and nothing worked. When i went out in the sun I also saw that my legs were blotchy, the front was darker than the back and they were orange-ish. Same for my friend, the bride, she tried the entire next day to get it off and failed and had to have orange blotchy hands in her wedding pics etc.
So whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Someone who lies to a bridal party two days before the wedding and literally turned the bride and her bridesmaids into oompa loomps should NOT be running a salon, I literally have no idea how this place is still in business.
