  • I called just after 5, to be fair. I hear the phone pick up with noise in the background. Nothing. I say hello. Someone says hello. I ask, is this the BMW repair shop? I think he says yes. I ask in a light tone of voice, is that the way you always answer the phone? I think he says, This is the the owner, and then distinctly, buzz off. And hung up on me. Don't go there. They don't need you and you don't need them!
