Sorry, but someone has to pay a penalty for what I just went through. My gf wanted this xmas spotlight and she said it was a hot item. So I went to this location and was told they were sold out. Not too surprising except for the fact that their online system said that at that exact moment there were 41 of that exact item in stock. At the store I was told that the online system is down. Ok, so the nice lady at the service desk offered to call the Aliante location to see if they have any. She said they did and would hold one for me if I paid for it right then which of course I did. I asked her probably 4 times if she was absolutely sure they had it and it would be there for me when I got there. As you all have predicted by now once I got there of course I was told that they in fact did not have one and have not for several hours. Thanks much guys!
