  • US bank is by far the most incompetent bank that is around. I had an issue where I was double charged on my acct for my rent and not only did the customer service reps give me a run around so did the bankers. The bankers that were supposed to help me and send in forms never did so. No one updated me or alerted me . Meanwhile I'm waiting everyday to have my money returned to me. Turns out the banker never sent in the act dispute form and when I called in to the customer service for help, they treated me like I was a criminal. Here I am at the bank again and everyone is ignoring me. I already explained the situation to them and how important it was for this form to be filed out. I sat in the lobby for an hour while the bankers pretended to be busy. Do not bank with us bank. Don't have your life ruined because a mistake is made. Us bank will make you pay for it.
