  • This wasn't my first choice but it was one of the only hotels with open rooms. So anyhow recently had a stay here and have no complaints. Prime location considering its right in front of the capital and near to all the restaurants and bars. The room was inexpensive. The lobby was quite grand ! Definitely does not feel like a Best western... this might be the Best Best Western there is. The rooms were nice and spacious, the decor was modern. Overall a great value 5 Stars for the stay and service.....but... I did have an issue when I called to get a receipt, the gentlemen on the phone mentioned they were short staffed and I should call back later. The least he could and should have done is take my name and number and offered to call back or look up my reservation to send the receipt to the email, instead of a rude tone and an explanation of information that I did not need. This may not have been part of stay but service is service. I did call back today and the fella who answered the phone got right to it.
