I would avoid this place like the plague. Regardless of the fact that it was a huge mistake buying a GM vehicle to begin with, the service here is atrocious (when you get it). I have never had the type of negative experience with any company as I have with Roy Foss. From refusing service to bigger problems coming out of the dealership than going in, to being accused of trying to defraud them I have heard it all. My last time in they refused to replace wheel lugs there technicians forgot to put on my car, they left the battery terminal barely touching the leads so when I went over a bump lost all power to my car, they refused me service on brand new brakes that were faulty, then berated me when I expressed my displeasure. There staff, (save for a few gems) are often unruly and trained to get you out of there as soon as possible with no concern for you or your vehicle. As a customer you will feel wrong and insignificant and be told as much. I strongly recommend seeing through the shiny new exterior and avoiding this overpriced, under qualified operation at all costs! I would award this establishment negative stars if that was an option.
