  • When this company was recommended I was hesitant because in the past we did not have much luck with these types of companies....amd it proved to be just the same as the other ones we have used. They were very quick to come in, rip out our wall and set up their fans....very timely. However, when it came time to get their equipment, we waited during our 2 hour window....to which no one showed up. I called and was told they were on their way, then got a call a bit later from the person coming, saying he was on his way....but yet we thought he was awhile ago? So wasted our time in waiting for them. Before we began the process....i wanted to ensure that they do re construction....because with our old house that had a leak, we were left scrambling to find someone for repairs as we were just left with a mess...i was assured they did. Well, they picked up equipment Saturday, today is Tuesday, and after numerous calls, none have been returned for someone to fix the gian hole in our ceiling....and once again I am left trying to find someone to fix this for us. Keep in mind, we are 2 weeks new to the state, and don't know anywhere or anyone around here. Do not use this company if you want them to help fix what they rip out
