rev:text	I actually haven't been to this location in a couple of months but I drove by and realized I had never reviewed it. My reason for giving 1 star is 100% down to customer service. I has been warned about the customer service at this location but was told to ask for a specific girl as a friend had had a good experience with her. I asked for this particular girl and a blonde girl rolled her eyes and just said 'fine' but then didn't go to find her. I don't know if she thought I was a friend of hers or not but either way as a potential customer this was the first sign of unacceptable service. When the girl that I had been told about came out, she was extremely sweet and happy to go through the different monthly options. She also explained that they have a free 7 day trial and as I was new to tanning this was perfect for me. The same blonde girl spoke down to her twice and the time I was there. When I asked the nice girl who she was, she told me that was her manager. If this is the kind of person you hired as a manager, in particular the manager dealing with customers on a daily basis, this is completely unacceptable. What made it worse is I had actually seen the same girl at a different location several months before and she mocked a physically disabled girl who also appeared to work there. This was why I didn't sign up the first time. It took everything in me not to act irrationally or say anything that I might regret. This girl does not deserve to have a job at all, let alone one in customer service. I asked a couple of the other workers what her name was so if anybody needs to contact me they can feel free to do so and get more details. Needless to say I did not sign up after the free week.
