Can't say enough about the trainers, staff and fellow crossfitter's . 10 years of office work and sitting on the couch caught up to me & I needed to do something besides dieting (i love food) and to be truthful crossfit scared me but I saw what it did for a couple of my friends, both in their 40's and 50's. So glad I tried it! They work around my old injuries and still give me a great workout , something new all the time and not sure what it is but very addictive. All workouts are "scalable " to your fitness level so you do what you can do not what the Rx workout says if you can't do it. I lost 14 lbs in 2 months while gaining muscle and no dieting and feeling great all around.
