| - I've slept in cleaner beds at cheap Motel 6s. Considering these rooms at $110 a night and there is a $30 forced valet fee, I did not expect to have to SLEEP UNDER MY COAT all night. When my significant other and I got to our room Thursday afternoon, we noticed our duvet and sheets underneath were very staticky and had hairs galore. Long and short black hairs (neither of which matched ours and we had not yet gotten into the beds at all) and stains- see attached photos. So my significant other called the welcome desk and asked for clean sheets and covers. The employee that brought them up was a bit standoffish, telling us as he put different sheets on that the other ones had been fresh out of the wash and did not offer an apology. When he was finished putting the different ones on, he left and we inspected these ones. There were actually MORE hairs on both and what looked like a bloodstain on my significant other's bed-sheet- see attached photo. So we both went down to the welcome desk and asked to speak to a manager. Instead of getting us a manager, the welcome desk employee first condescendingly 'explained' to us how an industrial dryer works and said that hairs are normal on beds. I have been to multiple Hamptons, Hiltons, and Motel 6s with no hairs on my beds...anyway, she said she would personally get us either new out of the bag bed linens or personally lint roll us fresh out of the dryer linens if 'it would make us feel better.' At that point, it was almost time for our dinner reservation, and we had to leave for it, but hen we got back, our sheets had been changed, and we inspected these THIRD different sheets and duvet covers, and they were worse than the first two- although no blood stains this time, so that was a win? WILL NOT BE BACK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
