  • I received a gift certificate for Christmas so I came to luster. I hadn't been since it changed owners. I will first start by saying everyone was very nice and it was clean and comfortable. After that I was disappointed. I wanted a pedicure and the choices for me were, an express 20.00 Pedi with no massage or a 45.00 pedicure with a twenty minute massage. I really feel like there needs to be some in-between.. That's a big jump. If I hadn't had certificate I may have gone else where. I chose the 45. Because half of the reason I get a pedi is because of the massage! I also have to say when getting the sea scrub, they usually rub that on about 5 min at least and this was no longer than 1.5 min. combined. Then my 20 min massage was only 15 min. total. Bummer for me. Like I said everyone very nice and my technician was very friendly, but I don't think I'll return :(
