I recently took the Beginning/ Introduction Handgun Training Course from Real World Firearms Training. As a woman, I felt comfortable and at ease with the instructors. The instructors are experienced and professional, with no "attitude", and the quality of instruction is the best. You learn solid technique and intense focus, with highly-personal instruction. Instructors watch every student and are constantly providing advice and encouragement. It seemed like I was learning something every couple of minutes. After the range drills, one of the instructors gave a lesson on weapons care and cleaning. Because the Real World Firearms Training staff includes law enforcement and military veterans, they were able to share a practical perspective to make the concepts real. Many people continue to the next level of their training with Real World Firearms Training and I can see why.
