rev:text	By far the WORST credit union! The customer service is beyond rude. I opened an account on 3/8 and they made me come in to do my signature for my card. Fine. But the lady on the phone said I could have an instant card especially because I had said I was going out of town soon. Apparently that was a lie because when I got there the lady said I would have to wait 5-10 days for my card to come in the mail. Well today is 3/18. I call and spoke to another lady who says they never ordered me a card. Well why not?! How am I supposed to use my new checking and savings account. Her response was " well you don't have any funds in there to use so there's no need for you to be upset" well I don't have funds in there because I wasn't going to switch my direct deposit until my debit card is in my hands so I can actually access my paycheck. She proceeded to be insulting and didn't like my responses so she hung up and said I could order my card at a branch. HELLO I thought I did when I went into the branch on 3/8. It's a shame because my friend raves about you guys and recommended you to me and after hearing my experience he's shocked and embarrassed. He even told me to close it. Way to lose customers for your lack of care and attention to detail. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
