  • DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, this was the worst booking. the front desk girl was extremely rude after a long day of traveling and not helpful at all when they gave me a room with 1 bed but requested 2 beds, i had to find another hotel to stay at and they just could care less. asked to talk with the manager im still waiting on Amelia to return my phone calls and messages. horribly run hotel with poor service. stay elsewhere. SHERATON GRAND PHOENIX IS AMAZING GO THERE INSTEAD
