  • I want into Brooklyn, Ohio store today at around 9:30pm today. Let me start off with this store in Cleveland area needs the most work. When I left my house I know its the Christmas season but when there are 40 plus people in line with two lines open that's a little extreme. I stood around for a few minutes, then I asked the manger why there was only two lines open. She told me shift change. Hate to say it but that's not my problem ( maybe that should be organized a little better) . She was a very rude person. I am going to have to think long and hard if I am going to go in any of your stores every again. Maybe Walmart should move all there registers out so people have somewhere to stand and wait for the whole 2 cashiers working.
