Like many others, I bought a Groupon. It was $79 for a medium area, and as soon as I found out that they had a deal for $79 a month for 24 months for unlimited full body treatments I jumped on it.
I soon learned the meaning of "you get what you pay for" after dealing with the horrible customer service. The girls at the main office are so rude and lack any sort of empathy. They promise 2 free months with each referral that also signs up for 24 months. What they fail to mention is that the credit comes at the END of your membership. They also don't make note when your referral gives them your name. You have to keep calling and pestering them to make sure they know who you referred.
Aside from that, they have SO many clients from groupon that they're almost always booked 2 months out. So the "unlimited treatments" become very limited as it is near impossible to get an appointment within your treatment window. God forbid you miss an appointment (they charge a $20 fee for that) you're chances of getting another one during that month are slim to none.
Amanda at the Chandler location is the only reason this place redeemed another star in my review. She's super nice and doesn't judge (it can be awkward getting completely naked and laying under florescent lighting) but she's good at making you feel comfortable.
All in all, do the treatments work? Yes. I'm a year into it and I've already seen great results. You decide if dealing with bitchy customer service agents and the frustration in trying to book appointments within your treatment window are acceptable tradeoffs for getting your laser a little bit cheaper.
