This place is ridiculous. We ordered our food at 7pm and should have had it by 8:15 at the latest according to the delivery estimate. At 8:45 we called and the guy answering was a complete jerk about it and told us that while we had an order and a confirmation email that they hadn't even placed the order yet. When we asked if they were planning on, say, telling us if the order hadn't been placed or that it would be delayed they told us as if it was OUR fault that no they weren't. They were "really busy" tonight and they "couldn't help if the orders can't be fulfilled." Um....then what is the point of providing delivery estimates? What is the point of your service at all????
These people are a crock of a service and it makes me SO sad that Grubhub/Seamless doesn't exist in Charlotte. The website is a decade outdated and you don't even get your food. Awful.
