  • All I needed was a password reset. They charged me $50. I thought it was kinda high priced but I didn't really have a choice cause I needed my laptop for homework. Staff was friendly, gave us drinks/sodas while we waited and he even threw in a new letter key button to replace my broken one for free. Other than the prices being kind of high- I was satisfied with the speed and service. But prices are very important to a single mother of two so I'm not sure that I'd come here again.
