  • When my husband and I started looking for apartments I become discouraged quickly....until we found this place. It was beautiful, well maintained both inside and out, the office staff were always friendly, maintenance was available around the clock (even just to change a light bulb....seriously) and the bedrooms and living spaces were expansive. All apartments had a w/d, balcony and included a storage unit off of the deck. After 2 yrs we did out grow the place. The kitchen was SUPER small (70% of our large master closet was kitchen Appliances and servingware i coild t fit in the cabinets or pantry) along with the pantry/laundry room. A stacked w/d was more convenient than a communal laundry or going to the laundromat but believe me, it still has its pit falls. Each building had and enclosed garage but you are required to pay a monthly fee to use is it which I thought was silly since you pay enough in rent. However, parking outside was never an issue and during the winter they made sure the road was cleared and the steps were cleaned and salted. Over all we were very happy living there and would recommend it to others.
