  • I received a living social certificate for this company; for five rooms up to 300 square feet each. So 1500 square feet of carpeting area. I called to make the appointment, knowing that I probably had to paid some extra money since I had a staircase one hall way and two bedrooms; no more than 850 square feet, but stairs are usually more expensive. The lady over the phone said you will have to paid an extra $30 for the stairs, I found that reasonable and agreed to it. I asked to make the appointment, and she didn't have anything available in the morning time frame until next month, so I asked her for afternoons; she offered two days, I told her that I was going to have her come an afternoon when my cleaning person was in the house, and she said they don't do that; I said nowhere in the website or the living social website said that; she raised her voice told me that not everything can be upload on the website, that they will never come to service my house and hung up the phone. I am for sure not using them, since I have been ban from their company :(
