  • Requested a quote through their website. More than a week went by with no response. Finally called to see if they could come out, we scheduled a day and time window during the week. I took the morning off of work to meet with them. I Even got a confirmation call the afternoon before which was great. But then come the day of the on site meeting know one showed up or even called to reschedule... Lost my business, Too bad for them because I maintain multiple residential properties that have and will need roofs in the future.
