  • I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years and never missed an appointment I have rescheduled appointments because life changes in six months when the appointment comes up. Today I got to work and my Boss scheduled a meeting at 2:30 so I called to reschedule and the clerk told me it was a $50 fee and that I canceled six other appointments over the years and I told she was a liar 24- 48 in advance you get a text to either confirm or cancel and yes I have responded to cancel and called to reschedule. If they count that I'm guilty but it's within the 24 hour grace period. Never ever will go to this dentist again.
