We just had a great early dinner at Mingo's. I had the bbq braised beef short ribs over fries, and my husband had a shrimp and catfish po-boy. But we're really good. The team working there is great, and we got to meet Cory, the owner. Next trip - either the Jambayla or one of the Cajun seafood platters. It's a bit of a trek for us - we live in N. Central Phoenix - but it's well worth it.
