  • My 2015 Wilier GTS disc had a shimano warranty issue with the brake hoods. Basically shimano was being very difficult and I needed a bike shop to do the warranty. Bicycle Ranch had to completely dis-assemble my Hydraulic "internal routed" system just to replace the Hoods. They went above and beyond on a warranty that was shimano's "fault". They took the time to do the repair correctly and they won me over. I will be returning for any future repairs that I can't handle or don't want to spend my time doing.
