  • Wow do they have great service! I dined at 8pm and even though it was a 30 min wait for our table, our server began serving us within ten minutes after we ordered. Our food came out plate by plate, so we had time to indulge in each inividual order. We were never sitting waiting for more food, and our server continually took our order. The all you can eat menu offers a lot of variety. The appetizers are unique-- grilled mackerel with dipping sauce; shrimp, pork and beef skewers, fresh oysters, and fried rice. The staples of baked mussels and shrimp tempura are also perfection! The nigiri is fresh, it has a good rice to fish ratio, and you can order pretty much any fish (I like uni, salmon belly and garlic tuna). The servers are very knowledgeable of their menu. They offer great suggestions on which of their many rolls to order. They serve no rice rolls which are my favorite to prepare my belly for more food! I LOVE the Fresh Men Roll. The last thing that makes Jjanga stand out is their poke. Not many AYCE joints serve poke yet this place has four different poke/sashimi dishes! That alone makes it worth the dinner price. Jjanga my #1 sushi spot in Vegas!
