  • After I had the worst customer service at Sally's today, we googled a little more and made some phone calls. My daughter needed a fake ponytail drawstring and they carry some. So I drove to the other side of town and I was positive surprised, how helpful they were in this store. Thank you for saving my day, and showing me a way better customer service then Sally's today.
