Came here often but I think I will be finding a new dentist after this. I hate to leave due to one rude person's actions, but when it comes down to it, customer service is a big aspect of where I decide to give my money. The receptionist was so polite but the woman who came to talk to me about my mom "dumping her kids off" when I clearly drove us all to our appointment because my mom was ill was exceptionally rude. She made it a point to not only reiterate that fact to me (which is fine because I'm almost an adult and can fire back my own form of witty responses) but also to me thirteen-year-old sister. My sister also told me that she was very rude to her during her exam. I don't feel like you should belittle anyone, especially an underage girl. I was the one who took care of all of the appointments so I don't understand why the woman also had to be rude to me. Other than my horrible personal experience, we've had finance problems with them in the past which I had chosen to overlook and continue to pay for their services. Their office is nice and clean and very nicely decorated but the cost and the customer service is not where it should be.
