  • I have been an Anthro shopper for years. This location is by far the worst retail location out of the four I frequent. I live in the MidWest and am used to at least some semblance of graciousness by sales people. Today I walked through the entire store, arms loaded with clothes and at least 3 sales people walked right by me - no hello, may I help, you're too old to shop here, we don't want your money, nothing. Finally I walked back to the dressing room where I was shown a dressing room by a fairly helpful person. Heard her ask quite a few people if they needed sizes, etc. I was left alone - fine, I don't need an opinion, I know what I like, but at least inquire to see if I need a different size. Seriously, I get it that you're in an exclusive area but you really need to up your game. You're in competition for a finite amount of retail dollars and I'll be taking mine to other locations.
