I was super excited to try this place, so I took my mom for brunch and while her food was good, my was disappointing and the service was a joke. We waited 20 minutes for water, and even longer for someone to take our order. I ordered the fried green tomatoes which were blackened rather than fried and the pimento was congealed so that was strike one. I got the red velvet waffles which was good, but no one bothered to cook or season the hash browns. My mother ordered oatmeal and a side of bacon, which never came and I had to chase the waiter down for some ketchup to try and choke down the flavorless hash browns. If I bother to try this place again, I'd wait until afternoon when they serve booze - maybe that would improve the experience.
