  • Totally unacceptable. I waited one hour. Still no service. I came in before the 4 people they took in before me. At one point, the girl came over to apologize, but then took another person before me. I've had it. When I heard them tell a woman that there were three people ahead of her, then they took her before me, I walked out. I almost made a scene, but decided not to. Why, oh why do they only have one stylist working? They are missing out on a lot of business. They've lost mine, that's for sure. What a croc...
