  • I purchased my groupon awhile ago, and knowing this sort of business, I realized that with an influx of groupon purchases it would take awhile to get an appointment. people must understand that when purchasing a groupon, rather than paying full price, the appointment in any spa advertising a groupon might take awhile. That being said, I was prepared to wait when I bought it. It was totally worth the wait, She was so professional and super friendly, she explained in detail everything she was going to do before she did it, then re explained throughout. I am so happy with my experience, I can only imagine that people who expect an immediate appointment would be unsatisfied. In that case, don't buy groupons! Pay full price if you happen to need immediate service, otherwise, make your appointment in advance when you purchase your groupon. I had the best facial and body wrap ever. I would totally recommend Gigi's. It's a beautiful place, very relaxing, excellent service and plus- it smells wonderful.
