  • Our dog was almost dead. We took our dog to "Especially For Pets" on 16th Ave for grooming and she was almost dead after we had taken her home and discovered her condition. The store denied any wrongdoing. Half of her body was bruised up. She could not move for days and she had difficulities breathing. In addition, she barely had a hair cut despite $80+ service charge. The hair was still long and uneven. It was obvious that our dog probably fell from the table and the technican stopped cutting her hair. However, the store denied any wrongdoing or they did not even apologize. We are dog owners of 13+ years and never encounter something so horrible!!! Will NEVER take her to this place again. We will never trust their technicans. Careless behaviour, incompetence and worse of all, they did not apologize or admit wrongdoing.
