  • I called yesterday around 4pm and requested someone come out because I installed a new shower assembly and could not solder. He said they couldn't make it till the next day which was fine. I was not home at the time and had someone let them in to do the work. They only take cash or checks, not credit (get with the times here guys) and so I had to send an online banking check and I got a photo copy of the invoice. $70 for a TRUCK FEE!?!? I called Jim and asked what that was and why was it $70 to travel from Northfield to Walton Hills ( like 3 miles) He said everyone gets charged that, even if just next door. I said ok, you will get your money and hung up. That will be the last dime he gets from me! Little does he know I have a whole house under construction right now and will be needing a plumber to completely reconfigure 4 bathrooms and a kitchen. Enjoy your $70 "truck fee" because you missed out on thousands!
