  • Wait, have I never written a review of C-Fu? Oh, I've been here a bunch of times, and I like this place! Well, it's not the best Chinese food around, but, it is good/decent/fair. I've tried more than a few dishes off the menu, and most are alright. The only standout I can think of is the Shrimp Fried Rice. For some reason, that dish is always cooked up to perfection. Some of the others have been "meh" but none of it has ever been downright bad. But what I really like about C-Fu is their Dim Sum service around lunch time. It's a traditional San Francisco Chinatown style Dim Sum, with carts they push around and everything. Even the look and feel of the dining room reminds me of being back home in the Bay Area. Really cool. And the dim sum is great too. I always end up ordering my favorites, but occasionally I'll branch out and try some new dishes. It's really affordable for the small dishes, so it's easy to try something new. Overall, I think 3 stars is the correct rating for this place. Their off-the-menu items are hit or miss sometimes. But their Dim Sum service is really great!
