I just have to add that I went there yesterday for brunch and the menu has been vastly updated. Their Bibimbap Burrito is awesome. I am not a vegetarian but I love vegetarian fare and so when I saw it could be made with tofu I was like let's roll the dice and see if it hits it's mark. The marinated tofu in the burrito has such a nummy flavor of spice and chili without totally dominating the natural flavor of the tofu. The rice inside is crispy, the vegetables are crunchy and all of it is wrapped in a fried egg, then a tortilla, and then covered in a spicy peanut and chili sauce topped with some oh so spicy kimchee. I was extremely impressed, so check it out! I cannot wait to go back!
