  • Had my carpets cleaned today. The tech, Eugene, was very nice & was professional. Here's why its only 2 stars: I called and spoke with the reservationist regarding the 5 room special for $69.95. I explained that we had some traffic staining and couple of pet stains. Still, the price was $69.95. I went ahead and booked because the website says spots won't reappear. We had previously received a quote from someone else for $75.00, so I was saving a few bucks! or so I thought...... After inspecting the carpet I was quoted $180!!!!!! Whaaaattttt?!?! I told him no way..... I ended up paying $120 after playing a game of Let's Make A Deal. I called after he left and was told they would need a day to get back to me so they could see the invoice and do some research. I was told they could give me possibly 25% off my next cleaning. Honestly, I would prefer they just honor the original price.
