  • BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. Pros: -Two nice members of the office staff. - Cheap Rent Cons: -Mean , disrespectful older white lady working in the office. -COCKROACHES!!!! Almost every unit has them! In my unit in particular they are coming from behind my refrigerator, which i am apprehensive about moving because i dont want hundreds of roaches scattering around my apartment. There is also a table mounted to the wall (studio apartment) and the roaches are actually living within the table. How do I know? Well because the genius who decided itd be better to put a little caulk on areas where the table seperated from the wall didnt do such a great job and its a constant battle in my apartment to keep them to stay in the table and not crawl around everywhere else. -the maintenance staff is rude and unlikely to respond to requests for work that needs to be done. Ive been waiting for a new air conditioning unit since ive moved in to replace the one thats currently leaking being held in by duct tape spray painted white to "match" the wall, thanks to the wonderful maintenance staff. Waited for a new garbage disposal for about a month before I simply had to replace it myself (took 10 mins) WOW! - theres always kids running around and playing in or around the laundry room. Ive had a few articles of clothing stolen. I now wash at an offsite facility. - The grounds are full of dog crap and no one cares. - The police are constantly survelling the property and stopping anyone they deem to be a threat , even if youre just checking the mail or washing your clothes. -Rent rates continue to go up, quality continues to slip !!!!!!!!!DO WHATEVER YOU CAN AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
