  • It has been one week since install and the service department has been out three times and it still isn't working. First they said it wouldn't kick on if it was windy and there was no wind that day and it never started. Second trip they screwed up the timers in several settings on the pump. The last time they had the pool in floor vacuums running without the pump being on. I believe they don't know what they're doing and they don't care.
